If you're reading this then chances are you are curious about coaching.

So would coaching work for you now?

Do you know that you are not performing at your best?

  • Have you tried to do something about it but don't feel you've been successful?
  • Do you want to do something about this but don't know where to start?

If you answered YES to either of the above then coaching could be a real option for you now.

Speaking from my own experience I find coaching invaluable. I can explore ideas that I'm struggling to articulate and work through particular issues that are preventing me from moving forward. I suppose in a nut shell coaching helps me to have a dialogue with myself, understand more about myself and that in itself generates new choices. I'm always surprising myself!

However don't take my word for it try this quick DIY coaching tool

Click here and download the Wheel Of Life (this takes no more than 5 minutes to complete).

Whilst many of my clients choose face to face coaching I also coach over the phone and more recently via email, MSN or Skype.

If you have never had an experience of coaching then I would encourage you to try my Starter Pack which includes:

  • a 2 hour induction session (face to face if possible)
    - a bit about me and lots about you and what you want out of the coaching
  • 3 hours of coaching broken down into time slots of your choice
    - usually 1 hour sessions for face to face coaching or 30 minute sessions via the phone

So why not give me a call on 020 8441 0474 or email me to find out more

I have also begun to explore peak performance issues using Mental Toughness with Judith Kricheski of JHK Ltd. Judith and I are trained administrators of the MTQ48 questionnaire an online psychometic tool for measuring Mental Toughness. Don't take our word for it - Coaching At Work, the CIPD magazine (Vol 4 Iss 1) says it's "a really valuable tool."

The MTQ48 questionnaire has been developed by AQR Ltd in conjunction with Hull University.
